- As an online retailer, our main method of communication is via email, therefore we would ask that you ensure your system is set up to receive our electronic communications appropriately.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery
- All payments must be completed before items will be dispatched for delivery. Our payment methods are stipulated on the website.
- Dispatch costs are added at the checkout stage depending on weight and dimensions of the order.
- For UK delivery, the estimated delivery times are 3-5 days providing the item is in stock. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 days but please allow up to 6 days for delivery, unless advised otherwise.
- Mocktology do retain the right to choose the method of dispatch.
Returns
- We hope that any product that is purchased through mocktology.com will meet your expectations. However on occasions we are mindful that you may want to return an item.
- Our goods are subject to a seven working day cooling off period and you can cancel an order during this period.
- To cancel your purchase within the seven-day cooling-off period, please email info@mocktology.com to notify us of the return and stating the reason. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days.
- All returns must be in their original condition with the labels attached and in the original packaging. Goods which are not returned in a saleable condition may be refused a refund. The items will need to be sent back to the address on your invoice.
- We regret that we cannot accept a return where the item has been unsealed.
